RAISING VOICES POETRY

On Wednesday 9th March a poetry session was run using the expertise of one of our steering group members, Jenn Spice. The session brought together members of the community and steering group members to co-create a patchwork poem that tells a collective story of hardship.

The session also helped to provide some tips and tricks to writing poetry which helped people to tell their own stories about hardship in the form of poetry.

On display are some of the poems from the session on the 9th of march but also some poems that have been contributed since the start of the project.
